Our 6 bed family home is on a quiet residential street with excellent transport links, less than 5 minutes walk from Tooting Bec tube station and 15 minutes from Balham train station. There are also a number of great bus and night bus routes that stop at the top of our road. Right around the corner is Tooting Common, as well as lots of shops, restaurants and markets down in the Broadway.

You'd be sharing a bathroom with a shower/bath with our lovely long-standing lodger who is a food technologist. We have a large, well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden you’d be welcome to enjoy. I am a charity worker in Merton and my husband has recently retired, but we love having a house full of people. We speak French and Italian and love cooking, travel and cycling our tandem!
