We have a single room available in our lovely house in Brixton, available from 11th April.

The house conveniently located in Brixton Hill, approximately 5 minutes bus / 20 minutes walk from Brixton Underground station, 20 minutes walk to Herne Hill station, 20 minutes to Herne Hill and there’s a big Sainsbury’s within walking distance too. Brockwell Park is about 5 minutes walk away 🍂

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, hanging rail, built-in wardrobe space and a bedside table. The room is not big enough to fit a desk, but we have a big dining room that is rarely used during the day and can be used as your work-from-home space.

You’d be sharing with me (Charlotte, 28) and Callum (32). We met on spare room and have become good friends, we enjoy chilling together in the evenings, the occasional night out and house party too, but can also appreciate each others space. We’re clean and tidy too, but not obsessive!

Rent is £665/ month, including all bills. No deposit required!

Students welcome! We can’t allow pets, sorry. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈.
