The flatmates you'll be moving in with are two girls and two guys, who are all very friendly and easy going.

The place is run by a landlord so there are no agency fees or anything. He is really helpful and maintains the garden for us and has been really good at sorting out the small number of issues that have come up. The landlord is happy for people with a cat to move in, but no other pets.

The area is really nice, a short walk from Brixton station and Brockwell park and right near a big Sainsbury's.
