We are moving out because of the relocation of our workplace, and we are looking for clean and tidy person or couple to replace our room until the end of August.
This is a stunning room located on the Highway, situated just 5 minutes walk from Balham station and Clapham South underground(Northern Line) and the green space of Clapham Common is only a short walk away.
There is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, and cafes on your doorstep. Backstory and Hopper are my fav, you can visit them :) There is plenty of supermarket options, a big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Aldi just a 5 minute walk away, too.
The room is available from May 2 to the August 31. And the rent per month is 1400 pounds. All bills are included and free Wifi.
