Looking for a short-term place for the summer? I'm volunteering overseas for the month of May and looking to sublet my room. Possibly into mid-June.

It's hard to find better value for under 700 in London. The house is homey, with an excellent bathroom and kitchen and a set of roommates who are kind and friendly. The house is lively but not a party house, and we all make the place feel like home. The shared living space is large with an excellent back garden with benches and a hammock.

The room is on the third floor on the border between Streatham Hill and Brixton Hill. The bus connections are excellent, with Streatham, Brixton, Clapham, Brockwell Park and Tulse Hill all within 15 minutes' walk. Sainsbury's, Lidl's, Tesco's, and more all within walking distance.

Utilities come to under 100 a month.
