Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease, which currently ends mid September 2024 - option to renew available at the end of the tenancy.

The flat is across the top two floors of a Victorian terraced house on a quiet street just a few minutes from Clapham South tube station. There is a large, well-lit open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The current housemates work in banking and are aged between 23-25. One has an en-suite, meaning you would be sharing a modern bathroom with only one other person.
Bills are pretty standard, I estimate they cost around £100 a month when you include council tax.
