Hello!

We are a group of 4 friends looking for one new flatmate in our amazing house. We have been living here for more than a year, building memories, sharing meals and laughs, and now (sadly) one of us is moving to work in a new city, so we would like you to join us!

We have one bedroom available.

The room is a very large double room with plenty of space, light and storage available from the 13th of July.

The room has two built in wardrobes and a bed, desk and rack which can be bought from the current tenant for a reasonable price.

The house is big and fully equipped, with two toilets and even an extra living room (aka cinema room) and a ping pong table.

Our living space is full of plants and trees, so if you want a little private spot of nature in London, this might be the place for you.

The area is safe, with plenty of families and children, but also full of dinner spots and nice pubs to spend a fun evening. Very close to the Northern line and trains are available from Balham station.
