I am the current flatmate who is leaving in around a month. I am listing my double room in a HMO in a great area of Tooting Bec to find someone who can replace me.

Location:
The house is located in Tooting Bec and is only a 3-5 minute walk from the Tube station meaning it is great for those commuting into the city as you can be there in around 25 mins. The house is only a 5 min walk from the nearest smaller supermarket and a 10 min walk from a larger Lidl. The area is quiet and peaceful and has an amazing selection of restaurants.

The other 4 flatmates are incredibly friendly but fairly private. If you are looking for a peaceful and calm flat, this will be the one for you. As we are on different schedules, demand for kitchen space or toilet/shower is never an issue.

The company that owns this property is incredibly helpful and responsive if any issues arise and do the most to resolve them.
