A spacious, well-presented three-bedroom split-level flat with a private garden and two toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs) and a modern shared bath and shower.
Entering on the ground floor, you’ll find a large open-plan kitchen and living area — perfect for relaxing or hosting a few friends. The kitchen is stylish and functional, featuring white handleless units, wooden worktops, integrated oven, hob, wine fridge, and microwave.
Bi-folding doors open fully to the garden, bringing in loads of natural light and creating that perfect indoor-outdoor flow during summer.
The garden has a patio space for outdoor dining or your morning coffee. At the back of the garden there’s a small home studio where I work most days. It’s a private space, so unfortunately not part of the rental.

👋 ABOUT ME
I’m 35, an actress who also works part-time in a restaurant on weekend evenings. So I’m at home most mornings, and work from my home studio. I love yoga, meditation, dancing, hiking, and I’m happiest with a book, candles, and a good film on in the evenings.
I’m on the spectrum, so I like to keep the lighting soft (no bright lights past sunset!) and to create a sensory calm energy in the space. I value open communication, mutual respect, and a home that feels uplifting and grounded.
To me, good house-sharing means being able to read the room, care for the space, and enjoy each other’s company while allowing for downtime and privacy.
