Hello! We have a double room going in our lovely flat in Balham from June. You would be replacing me in my lease for 6 months, with the option to extend if you like the place.

You would be living with Ciarán, a 27 year old guy, who is friendly and sociable, so would be looking for someone to get on with him too 🙂

The flat is really well located just off Balham high street, and is an equal walk to Clapham South or Balham tube stations.

All bills included in the rent (£925/month) and there is a security deposit required. The room is available from the start of June. We will be doing viewings on the 26th of April and 3rd of May so pop a message if you think this place would be a good fit.
