The rest of the house is also very spacious there is a large dining table in the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, lounge with a TV, back garden with a table and bbq and a shared spare room we use for additional storage.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 of the current housemates are females. All 3 housemates are working professionals from the age of 29 to 30 with a mixture of hybrid working. The girls like to socialise together through drinks, dinner, Netflix nights and cinema trips but also like their own space.

The room is £870pcm not including bills which are normally around £100. There are no agency fees. Available from 3rd February.
