Room in a spacious 3 bed flat in Brixton. Recently got offered a sabbatical with work so looking for someone to take over the tenancy when I’m away. 10 min walk to Brixton station, 15 min to Herne Hill/clapham common. You’ll share a large bathroom with 1 other lad (other room has an en suite). We are all uni pals, enjoy exercise, watching footy and a good pub night. Moving in / out date is fairly flexible.
