ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat is set in a pretty victorian property not far from the Balham area. There is one double bedroom available to rent in what is a spacious two bed south facing garden flat.

The room available is a compact double room, with double bed, a sizeable inbuilt wardrobe, and chest of drawers too.

The shared sitting room is a decent size, with two sofas, a big dining table (which can open up to seat 6-8 people) high ceilings, an original fireplace and wooden floorboards.

The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, wifi etc).*

Both bedrooms are spaced at either end of the flat with the kitchen in between the two (which has a dishwasher, gas oven, microwave and a huge fridge freezer).

The private secure garden faces south, and has a nice big BBQ, lawned area, sun loungers for summer, plus it has a separate side entrance gate (useful if you cycle). The shared bathroom is clean, white and has a bath with a great shower, sink and loo.

The flat itself is in a nice quiet residential road, directly off the common. It's around a 15min walk to Balham tube and overland stn and Streatham Hill mainline is also just up the road in the opposite direction (only 5 mins walk) and this has direct trains into London Bridge and Victoria. Brixton tube is less than a ten min bus ride down the hill for the Victoria line. I love travelling via Brixton as it’s fast and you always get a seat as it’s the end of the Victoria line.

Looking to find a kind and friendly dog loving flat mate, who I might be able to share the odd meal with with every now and then without living in each other’s pockets.

ABOUT ME
A bit about me, my background is in Brand Comms and I recently qualified as a Swim Coach. I love fitness, cooking (broadly pescatarian) travelling, gym etc. I also have a pint-sized chocolate pomapoo puppy who lives with me — she is very sociable and loves snuggles on the sofa.

PETS
On the ad I have said that I would be open to someone with a pet. Though unfortunately little Flo isn’t great with cats due to lack of socialisation so I think it’s safer to avoid. However I’d be happy to consider someone with a small well behaved dog and it might provide some nice company for Flo. Would obviously wish to meet and check that our furries get on well before the move etc. As Flo is tiny, would need swerve any dogs with prey drive. 😬 🐕 🐾
