We're looking for a new housemate to take a room in our relaxed and friendly house.
You'll be living with two professionals: a 27-year-old Irish guy and a 24-year-old Welsh guy. Both are easy-going, enjoy golf, heading to the pub, watching sport, and making the most of weekends. We each have our own friends and lives, but we're keen to keep a house atmosphere where people get along, have the occasional drink together, and aren't just passing ships in the night.
The room is on the first floor of a 3 bed house (separate box room is not used), and the house is terraced with a front and back garden (all decking), less than 10 mins walk to Tooting Bec station.
We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and up for being part of the house. We'd love to find someone who enjoys a sociable environment while still respecting everyone's space.
