Our flatmate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to join us in Tooting! Current flatmates are Calum (26), Harry (26) and me (25), so ideally looking for another female housemate but that’s not a requirement!

The room itself is very spacious and has a king sized bed. The house also has a massive kitchen (with air fryer and pizza oven) and living area as well as a garden! There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms between 4 of us which is such a win.

M&S and Lidl are just around the corner depending on your preference. We’re also just a 3 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station.

We love a cheeky pub trip or meal out as a house, so would love someone who is up for that kind of thing. We all work 3 days a week in office and 2 from home.

The room is £890 excluding bills - an absolute steal. And the deposit is £750.
