Hello all, we are looking for a third flatmate to fill our double room in Balham/Tooting Bec. You would be joining me, Angharad (34) and Alfredo (31). A bit about me - I am a doctor working in mental health, I enjoy yoga, meditation, running, music, food/cooking, generally taking care of my health and wellbeing, sober etc.. We are looking for someone with shared values. The room is a cosy double room, with a comfy bed, decent storage, wardrobe, desk. As it is a smaller double, it might not be the best for someone working from home. The room will come furnished. We would be looking for a like-minded person who would like to stay in a homely place. The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly. It is not a party house but we do enjoy socialising, mostly we appreciate the flat to be calm and relaxed due to our jobs and we are respectful of others space and would appreciate the same too. We take care of the space and are looking for someone who will do the same. The flat is located near Wandsworth Common and in between Tooting Bec and Balham tube stations. The room is free from 1st July and rent is £875 + £100 bills. Sadly the landlord does not accept benefits. Access is good as we are a ground floor flat and have a small garden patio. There is a small step to get into the flat off street level and one step in the garden. The house is kept clean and smells good and sometimes we have incense/ essential oils/ candles going for those who have scent requirements. Have included some pics of everything below. I do also have two cats and two kittens, (the mum recently had babies!), so you will have to be a cat lover with no cat allergies.
