Option of two rooms are available. So you can also see the double. The flat is lovely! It's right on Tooting Common, with a nice kitchen, living room, and outside space.
I really like it and only moved in a month ago.
I'm hoping to use the rental money to go towards doing up the flat over time/ buying nice things to make it lovely.
I'm working freelance at the moment, so a mixture of WFH and office.
I'd be keen to live with someone who was similar and also enjoyed socialising out of the house.
Hoping to arrange viewings this week!
