Rent is £930 with bills coming in around £100-150 per month. This includes a weekly cleaner. There is also a large garden with picnic benches (gardener also included in monthly rent).

We’re really well connected with Brixton station a 10/15 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. It’s also a 10 min walk to Brockwell Park and to Herne Hill.

The deposit is £1027. DPS bond will be in your name along with the current housemates.
