It's on the ground floor of a cute 3 floored house with a little patio at the back. 3 bathrooms in total (one is en-suite, not related to this room). You'd be using mainly the one shown in the pics. We have a great boiler with always hot water available!
Good size kitchen, well equiped with gaz stove, dishwasher, washing machine and big fridge. The kitchen is open to the cosy living room with a telly.
We also have a cellar where you can store some things you don't need in the day to day.

Location wise: we are in a quiet residential street. Less than 5minutes walk from a big Sainsbury's and Brockwell park (10 minutes if you want to go to the lido). Transport wise, we are 15min walk from Brixton Station and Herne Hill train station. Ideal for the Herne Hill market on Sundays. We have lots of buses including night buses.
