Looking for someone to move in by 1st July or 1st August (flexible)

Large double bedroom with plenty of space and good lighting. This room is on the 1st floor of a 4 bed house that is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec Station (Northern Line).

The furniture included in the room is a bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.

Current housemates in the other 3 bedrooms (2 female, 1 male) are all 25 years old, university graduates who are now professionals working in finance/consulting/animation.

The house has a shared kitchen/living/dining room, large hallway, spare room and garden. There are two bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink in each.

We are friendly, easygoing people who like to cook, exercise, watch TV, relax, go to the pub and on nights out.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Commons, and has plenty of shops/supermarkets nearby including Lidl and Tesco which is 5 minutes down the road.

Under the New Law this will be a rolling joint tenancy contract so notice period to leave will be 2 months/or can do a tenant swap.
