Hi everyone!

I’m moving back home, so we're looking for a new housemate (female preferred) to take over my room!

The room is a cosy small double, there's not space for a desk but I work from the dining table on the days I work from home. The flat is modern, bright, with a balcony overlooking a communal garden.

Your New Flatmates
• You'll be living with 3 lovely girls, Tiah, Sabrina, and Immy, aged between 25-30.
• Some of the girls are French speaking as well
• We enjoy hanging out in the living room and chatting as a flat, going to the pub, and especially love a walk when the sun finally comes out

Location
• 15-20 min walk to Brixton Station
• 5 min bus to Brixton (bus stop right next to the flat - never more than a 2-minute wait!)
• 3 min walk to Tesco express, 10 min walk to Sainsbury’s
• 15 min walk to Brockwell park (great for gym/lido, walks, and the park cafe is lovely!)

Costs
• Rent: £750 pcm
• Bills: approx £80 pcm (£35 council tax, £45 misc. bills)
