Hello, I am looking for someone to rent my spare room for 3/4 days a week.

The flat is located in Clapham South- 6 min walk from Clapham South tube, 10 mins from Balham.
The room is a single bed with a chest of drawers you can leave clothes etc in for the duration.
There is a desk in the room.
Im happy to consider getting a double bed for a 6 month commitment.
Happy to consider long or shorter term lets.

The flat is large with 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/ living area and garden.

I am a young professional who likes to keep my weeks fairly relaxed as I work hard in the week. I enjoy gym, reformer Pilates and dinner with friends. I am looking for someone who is similar and is also clean and tidy.
