It is a 4 bedroom house, you’d be living with 3 lovely girls in their late 20s (1 kiwi and 2 British gals). The girls all work full time. They love socialising, travel and a pint but also value their own down time 🩷 they are amazing flatmates and we are very sad to leave.

You’d be added to the lease, so at least one of you must be able to show that you are earning a minimum of £31,000 per year. Bond is £2326 and you’d be taking over the lease from 20/06/2026.

There are two full bathrooms. Expenses are £253 per month for a couple or £159 for a single.
