The bedroom has a bathroom next to it and is on the ground floor. The shared kitchen/living room is a nice large entertaining space that leads onto a garden area with room for parking.
We are 2 professionals that are from a hospitality background and who have lived around Tooting for over 7 years. Both are out alot of evenings but also enjoy a night in and a good sunday roast at home. Very relaxed housemates. Cleaner included that comes every 2 weeks to do all the communal areas
