Hi! Looking to move out soon out of this all-girls household. Furniture (bed, shelving, table) was bought by me but I'm happy to leave it behind for free. It's near the St. George's University (3-5 min walk commute), and pretty close to Broadway (10-15 min walk).

We also have a little cat called Kai who's very friendly.

Bills amount to around ~£60 a month for gas/elec and WiFi.
