Hi all! I have a nice bedroom in Tooting Bec available as my housemate is moving out to be closer to Clapham Junction.

Bed frame & wardrobe included

I’m gay if that matters.

£1250 pcm plus £150ish in bills

Balcony for the Summer

En-suite

Next to the pub

Sky TV & PS5

High ceilings

Close to Tesco, Lidl & Tooting Market

I like buying diet cokes and protein coffees from Lidl for my current housemate so you may benefit

Near Tooting Bec station

I am also a very fun, clean and great housemate if I don’t say so myself. I play rugby for Battersea Ironsides, work in clinical trial sales and like the pub very much so. I infrequently do Rover so you must like dogs.

Council tax band: D

Looking for similar if possible!

Dates tbc but sooner rather than later
