There is some flexibility in the move-in date and length of stay. The room has a European king-size bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

The flat is a 20-minute walk to Brixton tube or 5 minutes on the bus, a 10-minute walk to Streatham Hill overground and a 10-minute walk to Brockwell Park. The flat is very well connected and there is a bus stop opposite with 8 bus routes serving it, so you never wait more than a few minutes for a bus.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and bath. There is a spacious, bright open-plan kitchen-living room that opens out onto a large balcony. There is also a communal garden, and the building has a secure bike store. The flat is 'smart' with underfloor heating, lighting and a Sonos sound system in the ceilings, controllable by an app!

Rent is £1,100 per month, including bills. There is also the cost of a cleaner, which is approximately £60 a month.
