I’m 31, an Event Manager working in central London, and my current housemates are moving on over the next couple of months - a mix of natural reshuffles and people buying nearby,

The house itself is genuinely great: bright, spacious, and well laid out, with a proper garden (including an excellent rose bush). It doesn’t feel like a cram-every-inch HMO at all. There’s space to breathe, heaps of storage, and a generous open-plan living and dining area that actually gets used.

There are multiple large rooms available, including en-suite options. For reference Room 3 is around 32sqft.

Bills are currently around £150 pcm, but this should come down as the landlord is upgrading all lighting from halogen to LED, which should noticeably reduce electricity costs. Council tax band E
