The house is located on a quiet residential street, with the room facing the back garden. Plenty of natural light, laminate wood floors and decorated in neutral colours. The room has small double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

We are located in the heart of Balham –  five minutes walk from the station, with great links into Central London via the Northern line or Overground.

Please note that the room is in a family house (rather than a 'professional' house share) — so will be living with a family of three. We are all pretty relaxed, quiet and friendly, mostly doing our own things around the house, but also happy to chat or share an occasional dinner together.

Unfortunately, not suitable if WFH.
