Hi! I’m John , currently living in a third-floor flat in Brixton and looking for two new housemates as my current flatmates will be moving out.

The flat has two large double bedrooms available, one of which has its own ensuite bathroom. The property is fully furnished and includes a shared kitchen and living room, and it’s in a safe building with friendly neighbours.

I work full time as a zookeeper at London zoo (including every other weekend) and generally keep a fairly relaxed, tidy home.
Ideally looking for people who are easygoing, respectful of shared space, and happy living in a small household.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent.

Room 2 (last room photos) will be available initially as a short (one month) sublet from the 13th April for £1000. After that, both rooms will move onto a new rolling tenancy with the landlord from May 19th.
Room 1 (first room photo) is available from May 19th and comes with an ensuite.

Rent includes all bills - Internet, council tax, water, energy, and Netflix

The landlord will issue a new periodic (rolling) tenancy for the whole house, meaning there’s no fixed-term contract (just two months notice). I’m currently planning to stay until at least November (but open to staying), but the tenancy allows flexibility and housemates can stay longer if they wish (with replacement tenants arranged if needed.
Bills are shared between everyone and divided equally.

I like to spend my free time bouldering, surfing, hiking, watching football on the weekends (Arsenal), F1, rugby union, frequently cook dinners.
