Hi there!
I've been living in this lovely house for the past year but am now looking for a new housemate starting in May.
The house:
- Charming Victorian terrace in the centre of Banbury
- 4 bedroom house but will only be sharing between 3 people: loads of space!
- Huge kitchen; living room; front room; bathroom with bath, shower & toilet; second bathroom; plus 4 double bedrooms
- Communal areas are furnished (inc utilities like fridge, freezer & washing machine) but your bedroom will be unfurnished
- Garden, shed and off-street parking
- Loads of period features in the house like wooden floors and fireplaces
- Less than 10 minute walk from the station, and within easy reach of town amenities
- On a pleasant and quiet street with nice views out across town
The housemates:
- Alex (28M) and Didi (25F). We both work together as ecologists based in Banbury. We are friendly, clean, love travelling, and love nature and the outdoors.
Rent will be £541/month + bills, split between 3. Bills currently come to about £130/month (inc council tax, energy, water & broadband)
