The property have a big backyard (just be careful sometimes Foxes shows up for early breakfast. The property comes with 1000Mbps broadband speed, Tv-Licence, washing machine and all the bills are included, But I am expecting the tenant will not use the energy, for something like bitcoin mining.

There is allocated parking space for 1-vechicle(which is meant for tenant, not for his/her friend but for tenants alone) again it's next to a tree so birds might turn the car white which is another reason why I leave that space empty and the space is normally used when my kids visit me.
