This is a shared house and garden so plenty of space, with 2 shared living rooms (one can double up as a guest room). The back garden has decking - lovely for sitting out on these long evenings!

The kitchen has a large fridge and large freezer, washing machine, gas hob, ovens, microwave, kettle, air-fryer, toaster and the usual utensils.

There is one bathroom and a downstairs loo.

Plenty of unrestricted parking on the street outside the house. And room for bicycles in the garage.

Easy walk to Banbury Town centre, Horton Hospital, supermarkets and Banbury train station. Bus stop nearby. Over the road is lovely open parkland leading to the canal and walks.
