Beautifully presented, clean and spacious, you will look forward to coming home after work. Feedback from current tenants has been they prefer living in a homely house rather than a large 'multi-let' type property.

The communal areas include a large TV and a breakfast bar. All cooking equipment inc. Tefal pans are available to use. Fibre Optic Unlimited Broadband is free to use.

There is a certified cleaner who cleans all communal areas as well and the house is well maintained.

The room has solid furniture including a orthopaedic mattress, bed with headboard, bedside table, large drawers and a wardrobe and an inbuilt desk. There is plenty of shelving and storage also. All doors have code locks for your ease.

Location is peaceful and handy being so close to a local shop and Aldi or Tesco, only 5 mins from the M40 and 20 min walk to town makes it ideal.
Parking is never a problem being in a cul de sac and having a drive way.

All housemates are working full time and sometimes away for the weekend, sometimes chilling.

It is VERY important that YOU are looked after whilst you live in the house and any issues are promptly resolved. I am looking for a tenant who is professional, kind and respectful.

Please note that there is a dog at the property living here. She is a very friendly Golden Retriever who stays downstairs only and is extremely obedient tho playful. Dog lovers are a must.
