Available for Rent is the second bedroom, in the newly Built annexe above my Bungalow.
The ‘Flat’ itself is self contained, separate to the bungalow below where I and another Lodger live.
My dog’s live down stairs with me, and do not go up in the annexe.
The Annexe has been built, for my retired Mother to live in, however for 6-8 Months of the year she travels in her motorhome.
We are looking for someone who is clean, and respects the flat and treats it as their own, as it is all brand new.
