I have a double room in a beautiful townhouse next to Longford Park in Banbury.

The room:
The bright, freshly painted room is at the back of the house and is furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, large wardrobe with drawers and a chest of drawers.

The house:
Ground floor: my office, toilet and large kitchen - fully equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. The doors open onto a patio and garden. The end of the garden leads to off-road parking and a garage, where there is space for bikes.
First floor: your room, main bathroom with shower and bath (you'll have it to yourself as I have an ensuite), and living room, which looks out over the canal and fields.
Second floor: my room and spare room.

There is a designated parking space with the room at the back of the house.

About me:
I work from home as a editor for a scientific publisher. Out of work I enjoy: walking, cycling, swimming, netball, baking, crafting, volunteering with kids, theatre, TV dramas, animals, reading. I foster spaniels for 6-8 weeks at a time and also look after my parents' dog occasionally, so you must be ok with dogs.

I'm looking for a professional person who doesn't work from home (the occasional day here and there is ok) who is easygoing, clean and happy to have a chat and someone to share a drink or meal occasionally (I'm not a party person, I like a chilled evening in).

Sorry, no couples and no pets.
