Hi! I'm looking to rent out two rooms in our lovely home. We are a quiet, vegetarian/vegan household and I'm looking for like minded tenants.
My lovely 15 year old son and I currently live in the property with our dog and cat.
The house has three parking spaces on a drive and the garage can be used for some storage. You are also welcome to use the garden. There is a family bathroom which will be shared by the two tenants in the rooms I am advertising.
Room 1 is freshly painted, carpet cleaned and with a brand new mattress.
Room 2 currently has a single bed but has plenty of space for a double (we had one in there previously).
All bills will be included plus fast wi-fi. The rooms can be furnished or non-furnished.
The household is non-smoking and kept very clean.
