I’m looking for a flatmate to share my 2 bed / 2 bath flat.

It’s a spacious, modern flat in a new building - very clean, organised, quiet, and uncluttered.

I’m ideally looking for someone who enjoys a similarly calm, tidy living environment 😄.

The neighbours are mostly young professionals, and the building itself is very peaceful.

I work full-time and really value having a relaxing, quiet home base.

Bi-weekly professional cleaning is included, as are all bills.

There’s secure bicycle storage in the building, and a garage space is available at an additional cost.

We’re a 10–15 minute walk to Barking station, with the C2C getting you to the City in about 20 minutes, plus the Hammersmith & City line, District line, and Overground. There are also direct buses to Stratford.

If you’re someone who appreciates a peaceful, clean, and well-kept space, I think you’d really enjoy living here.

The bedroom is a spacious double with a built-in wardrobe, a new Emma mattress, an ottoman bed with storage, and a private en-suite shower room.
