The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to Barking Station with access to the C2C line into Fenchurch Street (within 15 mins), district line into Central London and overground to Gospel Oak.

You'll be sharing with Karina, who has been living at the property for over a year and is the lead tenant. Karina loves the light airy space and keeps the property clean and looking lovely! She's keen to share with someone who is also clean and tidy and up for sharing dinner, watching TV or enjoying the balcony together jn summer. Karina is a friend and old colleague of mine. A lovely and generous person and a great flatmate!

Myself and my husband are the property owners and moved to Manchester temporarily for work. We bought this property brand new as our first home and its a very special place for us so whilst we don't live there currently, this isn't about making money but ensuring our home is in good hands and well looked after, whilst covering our costs. We feel very lucky to have a friend living in and looking after our home so we want someone else who will love and care for the space to join her!
