I have a spacious, beautifully refurbished double bedroom available in my recently refurbished, comfortable and welcoming home in Barnet. The room has its own private ensuite shower room, a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden and plenty of storage.

I’m looking for a considerate, tidy and professional female lodger who would appreciate sharing a lovely home rather than simply renting a room.

You’ll be sharing with me and one other professional female lodger, who also has her own ensuite, so everyone has their own private space while enjoying the shared areas of the house.

You’ll have full use of the beautiful open-plan kitchen/diner, large through lounge, Bosch washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and landscaped garden with several seating areas. There is also free, unrestricted on-street parking.

I work from home during the week, and the house is generally peaceful. I’m looking for someone who enjoys a clean, friendly and relaxed home and treats it with care and respect.

The room is available for full-time occupation, seven days a week, including weekends. However, if you only need somewhere to stay during the working week, I’m happy to consider a weekday arrangement.

The rent can be adjusted to reflect the number of nights you need, so please get in touch to discuss your requirements. This could suit someone working in London during the week who returns home at weekends.
