It has an en suite bathroom. It is a 2 min walk to the town centre. Has plenty of off-street parking locally and is always quiet.
It is 10 mins to the M1 and is a good central base to commute from for professionals being close to Wakefield, Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield are all within 15-30 mins commute.
I'm looking for a single professional who is quiet, clean, considerate and most importantly, trustworthy. I have two dogs and children in the home on occasion so unobtrusive or easy going would be a bonus.
