Hello there!

We are now on the look out for a clean, respectable and preferably awesome :) new housemate to make this place their home.

Our rooms are located in Barnsley town centre within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, bus/ train stations as well as the hospital and M1 motorway plus we have never had any problem finding a parking space.

Each room has been carefully designed and crafted with the end user in mind, so you will have all the space and comfort you will need during your stay. These rooms really are something special.

The house has superfast Virgin Media Broadband plus there are TV aerial points in every bedroom, so you can have your own private TV in your room if you so wish.

We hope that our housemates will socialise together, so we have created an awesome kitchen and dining area complete with a bespoke handmade central dining table that seats all four housemates, an oven/hob, large capacity washing machine, tall fridge freezer, designer kettle, toaster and microwave plus all the utensils, pans, cutlery and plates you will need to show off your culinary skills to your new housemates!

In Summer, you can open up the rear door and make the most of the private garden space.

When it comes to the large bathroom area, you can take your pick if you want a shower or a bath....we have provided both! There is also a designated space for each housemate to store their toiletries separately.

We also provide a cleaner that thoroughly cleans the communal areas on a weekly basis.
