The house has recently been refurbished with new wiring, plastering, heating, bathrooms, new modern décor and new carpets. This house is just two minutes walk from Wombwell High Street and is very close to bus routes for Barnsley Town centre and Manvers. There is on street parking.
This en-suite room is furnished to a high standard with a comfortable double bed, walk in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en-suite is new with a great shower. The communal areas are cleaned each week and we expect tenants to keep tidy.
The kitchen is spotless and well equipped with built in oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. The communal lounge, dining room has a comfortable sofa for relaxing and dining table.
