Ideally looking for someone’s that’s professional, that’s in work. The house is about 25 mins bus journey to barnsley trains station. The bus stop is 2 mins walk from the house.

I would require £550 Deposit,

1 month advance rent of £550

You'll have a share fridge to use.
Also there is a dryer to use. Ideally in the winter. And washing machine.
A cooker I hardly use.
