I’m a clean quiet and tidy professional who works full-time within the healthcare sector. I’m into healthy living, meditation, walking in nature, yoga, reading, swimming and movie nights in. I am social-able but also value my own space, I also respect other people's need for space too.
The property is ideally located in a peaceful spot in Barnstaple, just a few minutes walk to Barnstaple town centre and a short 20 minute walk to the hospital. The location is excellent for those working in or close to Barnstaple and ideal for those working at the hospital. The local convenience store is on your doorstep, and the Wye Valley Woods is a stone throw away, ideal for local walks. It’s a lovely neighbourhood to live in with friendly neighbours.
The house has recently been newly renovated kitchen, and all rooms decorated from floor to ceiling, this includes the available double bedroom. As you enter the property, you are greeted by an entrance hall leading to the spacious comfy lounge. The lounge has a large window and patio doors which bring in a lot of light in to the room and has a corner sofa with views of the garden, smart TV with Roku, Netflix, Disney+, ITVx, C4. Four seater (can expand to 6) dining table and chairs.
Stepping outside from the patio doors is a patio area where you could sit and relax on a good day, the garden gets a good amount of sunshine so great for sun lounging in the spring/summer.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, toaster gas hob cooker, a large American size fridge/freezer, microwave and air fryer. The garage houses the washing machine and dryer.
The shared bathrooms has a WC, sink and large jaccuzi bath with an electric over-head shower, one wall cabinet and a stand alone cabinet/drawers.

Some house Rules: No smoking, no vaping and no drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside the house, especially on the carpeted stairs and in the bedrooms. Quiet hours are between 22.00 hours until 07.30 am.
