Our top floor flat in our family home consists of one double bedroom, a kitchen-dinner room and a shower room. Situated in Newport Barnstaple. 10 minute walk from the town. All bills included.

We prefer to have long term Lodgers who want to make the flat a home.
The flat is self contained and so there is no need to use shared areas apart from to come up the stairs to gain access to it. Please note that it doesn't have a built in oven or hobb but our current lodger uses an air fryer and other devices for cooking without any trouble. (But if you absolutely love cooking it's probably not the right fit for you)
