Hi all, looking to rent my spare room out and share the space with someone sociable ideally but certainly not mandatory.

Shared lounge, kitchen bathroom etc. just got to the end of renovating most of it, just a bit of furniture to add still so exchange the empty space. Bedroom not finished being furnished happy to get a desk etc as people need really. Small patio at the back.

Looking for someone who's respectful and tidy and wants to enjoy the space they live in. Open to dogs.
