I have a spare room, in a flat shared with me, a cat, and some fish.
The Room has a large storage area. The flat has nice kitchen, large living area and balcony.
Its about ten minutes walk to Laindon Station, trains take 10 minutes to east London (upminster) or 30 minutes to fenchurch Street/Tower hill underground.
The flat is also close to Laindon nature reserve, which is very nice this time of year.
All bill are included.
I am quiet and work from home most days (I have an office/bedroom so living room is free to use any time)
The flat is non smoking, you must be cat friendly and ideally be vegan or vegetarian.
