Tends to socialise outside rather than partying at home so chilled living space… Friendly, trustworthy environment. Visitor can stay over on a Friday or Saturday. Otherwise single occupancy during week.

Happy to share keeping kitchen tidy, bathroom & shower dry, clean and tidy and share hoovering of stair and small hall weekly. Contribute to buying shared toilet rolls etc/ kitchen roll, soap, bin liners etc. usual necessities if used. Main meals eaten downstairs (not in upstairs).

Pretty close to Waitrose, Tesco Chineham and Town. 5 min drive so ideal for someone who drives. Parking available on driveway. 25 minute walk into town, bus stop is 5 mins walk.

Short 10 minute walk from Tesco express and 15 mins walk to main Chineham shops. 😊
