You would be sharing the house with me, my 16-year-old daughter and our friendly 6-month-old cat.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy, responsible and respectful person, preferably someone who is working and looking for a peaceful place to live.

This is a quiet family home and not a party house, so I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who will respect the home and the people living here.

The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living areas. I work a lot and we generally have a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere at home.

The room is available from 29th September.
